My name is JinJa. I am a multi-hyphenate serial entrepreneur. I have conceived, established, launched, grown and scaled businesses since 1997. A few of my business launches have even failed, but there is so much to learn in failure. I have a podcast called The Honest Field Guide, a creative marketing agency Birk Creative, a not for profit organization called Journey of Gratitude, and also an Americana band I started with my husband back in 1999 called Utah Carol. But back to the why I am here on Joy & Glowing. I will never give up on my creativity, vision, perserverance and especially my curiosity to learn and try new things. I am also obsessed with trying new products, and writing authentic and honest reviews about them. There is nothing you will find on my blog that I haven’t personally tried myself. And if I don’t like something, I just don’t write about it. Why tear someone’s pride and joy down? Who am I to be a mean and angry critic? Life requires me to find as much joy in things as possible, because the alternative is the abyss. And also, I want glowy things too, so there’s always that!
